"A representative called me repeatedly ahead of time and I had to call back to confirm that I was ok with an Audi 6 instead of an S Class. That's perfectly fine by me, but then that should be reflected in the price.
I do not like being on the phone while travelling from another country to arrange my limo service.
The driver was on time and friendly but I did not meet him inside the building although I was looking out for him. I met him after calling him from outside of the arrival hall.
