"Changing booking due to a delayed train with plenty (well over an hour) of notice - I was told it would cost £10. When explaining that I can't help a delayed train and if we don't delay the taxi the driver will sit there with no passenger - the booking was changed without the fee. Would have been nice to just be able to change the booking without the fight."
