However on the pick up, the driver was waiting on the road, but behind some trees, so I was unable to see him.
I did give information when I was booking that I am an older person, and that I would need some assistance, so with that in mind, it would possibly be better if, in such situations, the driver knocks on the door rather than waiting on the road (as he or she would have to go to the door to help with luggage anyway)
Other than that, the driver was very good."
