"The journey was fine but I was pretty annoyed when the driver asked for the £5 drop off fee in cash at Heathrow. I had not been pre-warned about this and considering the journey cost over £100 I would absolutely expect this to be included in the cost. I used a different company the week before and they factored that cost into their charge. Please rethink this for future journeys."
