I left my address at the time I was expecting to be in work. I was late for work, someone said they would ring me on the way back but no one did. Appalling service will not book again. Driver was excellent, great journey and my issues are nothing to do with him. He wasn’t booked until I called the office. No refund yet and I am expecting one. "

I would like a refund and the difference of price reimbursed to me. £26 (diference of costs between the taxi fares)+ £14 (deposit). So in total £40. I believe this is fair that I am reimbursed. "These comments refer to the return booking from Gatwick. The outward journey was entirely satisfactory; the driver was on time, smart, courteous and efficient. Our return flight arrived around four hours later than scheduled. There was no one in arrivals to greet us, so we telephoned Dumro Transport, who said we should have received a message to the effect that the job had been moved to another company due to the delay. We had not received any message, so we asked Dumro to have the taxi company involved to phone us - we made four subsequent calls to Dumro to let them know that no one had phoned and they said they would contact the company concerned again - we are still waiting for that call! Finally, having waited for another twenty minutes with nothing heard we gave up and, as I am 87 years old and partly disabled, we had to book a taxi home from Gatwick at considerable expense (£118) The least we should receive is an explanation and apology, together with appropriate compensation,your contract with us was not fulfilled! We await your comments."

I called the company and they said that the email had gone into junk mail, and they would send one which would arrive in 10-12 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting I got into another taxi. I received a call 10 minutes later asking if I still required a taxi, and explained the situation. The driver who called me was very understanding. "
